The Estrella-El Pomar-Creston Groundwater Sustainability Agency is a member of the Paso Basin Cooperative Committee which was tasked with the development of the Groundwater Sustainability Plan and is now moving forward with the implementation of the GSP.
Estrella - El Pomar - Creston Water District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
